What a PUDO locker is
A PUDO locker is a bank of self-service lockers, usually at a petrol station or a shopping centre, open long hours. When your parcel arrives you get a code by SMS, you tap it in, the door opens.
We use them for a reason that matters for these products in particular: nobody has to be home, and nobody has to sign for anything in front of a neighbour. You collect when it suits you, quietly.
What it costs
Delivery to a PUDO locker is R150.00 per order, whatever is in it, and free on orders over R500.00. One price, so there is nothing to work out and nothing added later.
How long it takes
Most of our range is ordered in from our supplier rather than held on a shelf, so allow 3 working days for us to get your order ready, then the courier's own transit time on top. Anything we hold in stock goes out sooner, and the product page says which is which before you buy.
You will get the waybill number when the parcel is collected, so you can follow it yourself.
Where we deliver
South Africa only, to any PUDO locker in the network. We do not ship outside the country.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, damaged or does not arrive, tell us and we will sort it out. We are a registered non-profit with a name to keep, not a marketplace seller you cannot reach.
